Sending an invitations

First of all every group member created a mailing list, so we would have more people to invite.
I asked if Jordan could send the invitations and she agreed to it. I was looking for some examples on the internet of how invitations can look like and I really liked this style:

I looked for some websites that would help to create an invitation and I found one and send it to Jordan as an example of what we could use. It was http://www.getresponse.co.uk

So she used the same website and created an invitation, which looked like that:

She used our logo and poster, written who we are and what the exhibition is about and also included the link to our website for more information. I liked the invite as it is simple, but informative. So Jordan send it to our mailing list. Moreover, due to the fact that she used the website to send the invitations she was able to see who actually opened it.
